We came across this property because our dear friends lived behind it. We bought it off market because my husband could not pass up an almost acre lot in Prairie Village, and I had always dreamed of a pool. The 100 year old house had not been updated since the 1980s so we set about taking a colonial modern, complete with black exterior paint.
